crushd is invite-only. Ask a friend who's already on crushd to invite you, or join our waitlist at crushd.app and we'll send you an invite when spots open up.

Once you have an invite, download the app and sign in with Google or Apple. Then complete your profile with photos, bio, and preferences.

We use Google and Apple sign-in for security. It means no passwords to remember or leak, and we can verify you're a real person.

When you enable contact blocking, we hash your phone contacts on your device and check them against other users. If someone in your contacts is on crushd, neither of you will see each other. We never store your actual phone numbers.

Private mode hides your profile from discovery. You won't appear in anyone's swipe feed, but your existing matches and conversations stay intact. Toggle it on/off anytime in Settings.

Yes. All messages are end-to-end encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Only you and your match can read your conversations. Not even we can see them.

No. We ask you to enter your city manually (like 'Delhi' or 'Mumbai'). We never use GPS or track your real-time location.

Make sure your profile is complete with good photos and an interesting bio. Try expanding your preferences (age range, distance). Quality over quantity - crushd is invite-only, so the pool is smaller but more genuine.

Go to the chat with that person, tap the menu icon (three dots) in the top right, and select 'Unmatch'. This will remove the match and delete the conversation for both of you.

You can delete messages on your side, but they remain visible to the other person. We're working on 'delete for everyone' for a future update.

Go to your Profile tab, then tap 'Edit Profile'. You can update your photos, bio, and all other details.

Go to Settings > Delete Account. This will permanently delete your profile, matches, and messages within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.

Your email is linked to your Google or Apple account. To change it, you'd need to create a new account with a different sign-in. Contact us if you need help.

Go to their profile or chat, tap the menu icon (three dots), and select 'Report'. Choose the reason and add any details. We review all reports within 24-48 hours.

Go to their profile or chat, tap the menu icon, and select 'Block'. They won't be able to see your profile or message you. Blocking is private - they won't be notified.

Our team reviews the report and takes action based on our community guidelines. This may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. We don't share who reported them.

Block and report the user immediately. If you feel unsafe, contact local authorities. You can also email us at hi@crushd.app for additional support.
