Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using the crushd mobile application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and the operator of crushd.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use crushd.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement
• You are not prohibited by law from using the Service

2.2 Jurisdiction

This Service is offered primarily to users in India.

3. Invite-Only Access

crushd is an invite-only platform. You must:

1. Receive an invitation from an existing user or our team
2. Sign in with Google or Apple
3. Complete your profile with accurate information
4. Agree to these Terms and Privacy Policy

4. User Conduct

4.1 You Agree NOT To:

Identity & Honesty:

• Use a fake name, photo, or identity
• Impersonate another person
• Use photos of others without permission

Harassment & Abuse:

• Send unwanted sexual content or harassment
• Threaten, stalk, or blackmail anyone
• Send hate speech or abusive messages

5. Reporting & Safety

If you encounter fake profiles, harassment, or scams:

Report via app: Profile → Menu → Report User

6. Content Ownership

You own your photos, bio, and messages.

By uploading to crushd, you grant us the right to store and display your photos for matching.

7. Limitation of Liability

crushd is provided "AS-IS". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, matches, or instant message delivery.
